At the special meeting of the Southeast Action Forum, Inc. - called to order at 7p.m. on July 26th, 2007 - the SEAF, Inc. unanimously and after much debate accepted a NEW Constitution and By-Laws. As part of the ongoing *open access* policy of the SEAF - we make this document, along with others - available online for our citizens to access.

The Southeast Action Forum is on the move, and growing by leaps and bounds. With many projects on deck, and a renewed sense of vitality - we welcome all our new members, and anyone who lives or works in Southeast.
Come down to our meeting on August 1st, at 7 p.m. where we will be discussing an upcoming BBQ, and several other projects which will define the future of Southeast Roanoke.
